I tried this cider paired with some of the best fish and chips anywhere, anstruther fish shop. Slight funk and slight acidity went well with the fish and chips. Beware the seagulls stealing your ice cream!
Golden colour, clear with gentle fizz.
Made from Katy & Red Windsor apples.
Sweet toffee apple aroma.
Sharp apple initially but followed by overwhelming sweetness.
Fresh but not for me.
