Another wonderful cider from the Thoughtful Forager. From the Celtic Marshes orchards in Herefordshire, their scrumpy farm cider is what cider should be. Slightly stronger than ordinary cider at 6%, but not too dry and not too sweet. Beautiful apple only taste and with no acidic aftertaste at all. Sweet aroma, with a hint of berries detected, but thats probably just my imagination.
