It pours a a nice gold color and has a slight haze. I’m disappointed that it’s only 4.8% ABV. There’s a hint of bitterness, and a fair amount of tartness to it. I can’t decide if it’s a semi-dry or a semi-sweet. It’s light bodied and I just do not detect a lot of complexity to it. I have updated May rating after learning their cider is made from apple concentrate imported from China.
