Seidr Celtaidd (4.5% ABV, 500ml). Made from freshly pressed cider apples, this is in fact a product by Celtic Marches, Herefordshire. Bright, clear golden yellow in colour. Strongly vinegary apple aroma initially, then yellow apples come through. This is a light-bodied cider with moderate carbonation. The palate follows the aroma: At first a vinegary impression, soon replaced with rather sweetish apples, citrus, then apple cores in the drier (but not really dry) finish. Apple skins, tannins, citrusy notes in the aftertaste. Solid, quaffable traditional cider, and I quite like the vinegary notes, too. 6.5/10.

Transparent gold colour, light carbonation. Crisp fresh apple aromas. Smooth light refreshing cider. But lacks any sort of real pinable flavours, slight hints of apple now I'm half a pint in.... Possibly the most boring cider I've ever tasted. I don't dislike because there is nothing to dislike. Likewise, there is nothing to like other than it is smooth.
