Semi-sweet

Visited the New Mexico Hard Cider Taproom in Santa Fe on a Sunday. Sadly, they had only their semi-sweet cider. The bartender was very apologetic and explained that they often run out on Saturdays, then get a new delivery on Monday. NMHC folks: you’re missing out on business! The semi-sweet was perfectly fine, actually not as sweet as the name would suggest. Straightforward cider, light on on aroma and flavor.
