The pour is a cloudy lemon yellow with low Effervescence. The aroma is sour and acidic with slight sweetness. The taste is dry, sour, and acidic. The finish is sour and slightly astringent. This is my first real Spanish Sidra and let’s just say my palate needs to broaden for me to like it.

Very…strange. Tasted like butter and olives with hints of very dry and sour crabapple taste. Maybe it would have been better extra cold? Not sure.
