Picked this up at the St Joseph market in Barcelona. It is from Catalunya versus Basque or Asturias regions. The pour is a clear almost silver lightly carbonated. It has a nice apple aroma. The taste is an off-dry slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel is light bodied. The finish is a slightly bitter and acidic with notes of herbs (almost hoppy) at the end. It is really nice. Not as sharp or acidic as other Spanish Sidra.
