The pour is a clear pale yellow (though it has some sediment in the bottom). It is still with a sour/vinegar aroma that I equate to Spanish Sidra. The taste is a slightly sour apple with hints of salt. A little like pickle brine. The mouthfeel is thin with a some bitterness but not much astringency. The finish is medium and acidic. Iām either finally developing my palate for Sidra or this is one of the better ones I have tried.
