Update 16/10/23
Just had this again and there is a pretty strong whisky barrel aroma and flavour to this that wasn't there when I sampled previously.
This tasting was from a bottle compared with on tap before.
Also, having asked the very nice lady who served me to translate the bottle this is made from concentrate.
Golden colour, moderate fizz & clear.
Apple aroma with minerals.
Red apple flavour.
A little sweet.
