The pour is a clear pale yellow with medium carbonation. The aroma is sweet apple. The flavor is a sweet apple with pear notes and mild tartness. The mouthfeel is light. The finish medium and sweet. There isn’t much astringency or phenolics. It and easy drinking cider that comes from the Portugal island of Madeira.
