Silly Cow

Update 24/12/22-Original review below. I have a bottle which is a completely different colour and a slightly different percentage to my original review. See pictures 2 & 3 for comparison. Dark gold colour, light fizz and slightly hazy. Ripe apple aroma with a little spice. Fruity, juicy flavour with some caramel. Very dark bronze colour, pretty hazy with light fizz. Aroma of leather with some oak. A little toffee in the taste with oak to finish. Rich and smooth.

Cloudy bronze, with an aroma of leather and apple skin, carrying oak tones. Rich, tangy, fruit flavour, with soft tannins and mild oak in the aftertaste, and a little molasses in the finish. Drinkable, and quite sessionable, with a pleasing flavour profile.

Dark copper colour with a hazy characteristic. It has a mature apple taste with a rich tangy flavour, which makes this quite appealing. Quite moreish and at 4.6% several could be enjoyed in a sitting.
