Hitting the nose with warming aromas of chai spices and backgrounds of apple. A golden pour that’s semi-dry and light to moderately carbonated. It’s got cinnamon, nutty aromas from what I can assume is the cardamom, and ginger. It’s a well balanced cider, with neither the spiced chai or apple tastes prevailing over the other. It’s not overly spiced but has the perfect amount to create a warm, tea infused flavor in combination with the apples.
