Nice and juicy for how dry it is (dry to semi-dry), but also sharp (I'm guessing crab apples). Notes of herbal, floral, lemon, green apple, white grape, mineral, and pineapple.
Got a small bootle of this at Schillings after work, to try out at home. It's got a wonderful fruity aroma, though it's flavour is dry, and astringent. It's a bit odd how it tastes so much less Apple-y than it's aroma would suggest! It's flavour is the same to my palette, from first taste to swallow though there appears to be a slightly bitter aftertaste which remains. I think it would go well with most main dinners, or on it's own.
