Crystal clear light straw colored pour. Moderate carbonation. Very nice moderate to strong pear aroma. Crisp and acidic moderate pear flavor. Light tartness and hint of citrus rind bitterness. Dry. Light bodied.

This is the first perry that makes me want to try more! Not the "watery" taste of some

The pear taste is fairly prominent, with some of the typical perry bitterness. Nice character, good flavor, not overpowering. Overall I find it a well crafted perry, would drink again.
