Sovereign Cidre Charmat

Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle, with a light sediment. Pale golden colour, with a light straw and sawdust aroma. Delicate, perfumed, fruit flavour, intensifying moderately in the aftertaste, with a hint of pineapple. As so often, too gassy for me, but pleasant, refreshing flavour spectrum, and would likely accompany a tart dessert well.
