This is a medium dry cider made predominantly from dessert apples blended into a light crisp sessionable cider.
It has a slight astringency to it with soft tannins making this very palletable.
Visually, it's a deep amber colour with a rich red hue,
Slightly sparkling with a vivid mature apple skin aroma.
