Sparkling Cornish Cider 2022

This is what I would describe as a mature traditional cider steeped in history. It has a rich baked apple backbone with the oak flavours enhancing the taste, doing itself justice to the oak barrel fermentation process carried out by Haye Farm. It's medium bodied, lightly sparkling with a slight tartness but nothing overpowering which I think really is a nice feature. A very nice, well-rounded cider. Would work well with a good cheese board.

Golden colour, clear with moderate bordering on heavy fizz. Strong apple juice aroma. Fresh apple with some wood. A bit on the fizzy sife for me.
