Springboard

I was told by the bartender that this was a semi dry cider, but I would say, not really. It is a lovely flavor though, where the vanilla is just a hint of the taste but blends beautifully with whatever apples they’re using. Having it on draft and really loving it. And no, haven’t got a clue why it’s named this. 😀
