Clear light gold pour. Heavy carbonation. Strong aroma of apples and earth. Lots of tannins. Moderate bitterness. Taste has a nice balance between apple and bitter citrus with a hint of tea. Moderate tartness. Medium bodied. Light acidity. Dry.
