I really like it when the bottle states the apple varieties which make the cider:
Yarlington Mill
Harry Masters Jersey
Dabinett
Clear gold colour.
For me it smells quite fresh, crisp and dry. I think that could be the dabinett apples.
The flavours are all pleasent but are mild.
Starts off fairly sweet, which moves over by a marginal acidic hit which finishes on crisp clean flavours with a hint of tannins.
Doesn't contain much oaky flavours, I would associate with a "vintage" cider however this is clean, refreshing and fruity.
