Golden colour, clear with moderate light fizz. Made from Dabinett, Yarlington Mill & Harry Masters Jersey apples. Light but fresh floral apple aroma. Nice juicy apple flavour with sherbet. From memory this seems a little sweeter than previous vintages.

I really like it when the bottle states the apple varieties which make the cider: Yarlington Mill Harry Masters Jersey Dabinett Clear gold colour. For me it smells quite fresh, crisp and dry. I think that could be the dabinett apples. The flavours are all pleasent but are mild. Starts off fairly sweet, which moves over by a marginal acidic hit which finishes on crisp clean flavours with a hint of tannins. Doesn't contain much oaky flavours, I would associate with a "vintage" cider however this is clean, refreshing and fruity.
