Nice amber pour. The aroma is a nice Apple. The taste is dry, apple, and tart. It has a nice finish and mouthfeel. They advertise that they use 17 pounds of apples in every bottle. I can press around a gallon of cider from 17 pounds so you can see the reduction that occurs in the distilling process ~128 oz down to ~25 oz.
