Bright fruit and sour on the nose. Light‑to‑medium carbonation, and despite the 7% ABV not heavy or boozy. Crisp apple flavors lead into a sharp, Granny‑Smith‑like tartness that runs straight through the very dry finish. Residual sugar seems minimal—maybe 3–4g or less—but the lively acidity makes it hard to tell. Clean, bright, and sharply refreshing.
I wish I could have found more than a 6-er, the best representation of a true DRY cider anywhere I can find in Tulsa and I would drink this one every day if I lived here. Other ciders labeled "dry" in the area are off-dry at best and most are a sugary boring mess.
