Light straw color. Apple and pear on the nose. Starts with a light refreshing but slightly foxy apple character. Mid palate is a bit bland but still has prominent pear notes and decent crisp acidity. Finish is clean with wonderful hints of damp soil/humus and lingering acid. Nothing astonishing, but a solid dry American cider. Made from Gravensteins, Philo Golds, and Rhode Island Greenings.
