Amber coloured, moderate turbidity and fizz.
Despite the name this made from Dabinett (85%) and bitter sharp apples (15%).
Rich aroma with dried fruits.
Toffee apple flavour.
A bit too sweet and too much fizz for me. I do however think that I would very much enjoy a still version of this.
