750ml bottle from Leura Cellars, Leura. Pours a clear orange golden colour with a short-lived fizzy white foam head. Nose of juicy apple, fruity, oak, vanilla. Flavour is tart fruity apple, apple skin, bittersweet with woody oak, rubber, funk and earthy tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, very dry funky tannic finish. Very drinkable.
