The Standard Bearer Crisp Dry Hard Cider

Starts sweet/sour. Finishes dry/bitter. Kind of bland in the middle

I'm not loving this offering from Noble, at least compared to The Spice Merchant, which I love. Notes of yellow apple skin. Definitely a dry cider, but I couldn't help noticing it has added sugar on the ingredients list. Kinda makes me want to look at the ingredients on all their other ciders now. Find it intriguing that it has added sugar but still manages to be this dry. That being said, although it falls a bit flat flavor-wise, overall drinkable & pleasant. ETA: it's got that weird beerish thing going on though. Probably a better one for the beer lovers.
