Thompson Creek Creekside

Creekside is part of Apple Outlaw's Thompson Creek line of ciders, from heirloom and/or cider apples. Notes of lemon, grapefruit, herbs, and mineral, plus a buttery type of flavor and mouthfeel which is difficult to describe.  I felt rather indifferent about this cider, but primarily as I prefer slightly sweeter ciders with more flavor, and this had quite a subtle flavor. I agree with the cidery's suggestion to drink it a bit warmer, between room and fridge temp, as it became more flavorful and less sharp.
