This is a semi-dry cider with a strong aroma of fresh pressed apples and spice on the nose. The cider has a clear dark amber pour with medium carbonation. The flavors on the palate are of gingerbread… with cinnamon, nutmeg, and molasses, that finishes with tart apple. A very complex and delicious cider that makes you want more. With each sip, subtleties of the spice, apple, and molasses come through on the palate.
