Only available in Michigan (I attended a cider dinner party, and the person got this from a trade). Farmhouse-style and made with heirloom apples. Notes of lemon, grapefruit, and yeast. Low complexity and flavor intensity. I wasn't a fan as I don't like sourness and funk. It was like a lite version of Spanish Sidra.
