Traditional Farmhouse Medium

500ml bottle from Dike & Son online. Yellow golden colour, no head and aroma of tart apple, woody, barnyard, rubber. Taste is mellow apple, honey, woody oak, vanilla, lots of funky barnyard notes, rubber, leather, tangy with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry slightly tart finish. Nicely balanced and very drinkable.

Dark amber, still and slightly hazy. Fruity deep aroma almost of dessert wine with some plum. Smooth and deep taste. Little vanilla hints. Could drink it all day.
