Dark golden, clear, I'd say medium. Uses Dabinett and Harry Masters from Herefordshire. Had at CAMRAs Great British Beer Festival in Birmingham. If I may digress to give some background information, this is the first time since 1983 that the GBBF has come to Birmingham. It's certainly cider heaven, though a choice of seventy is somewhat overwhelming given that a good half are ticks, plus the welcome absence of 4% 'fruit cider'. I whittled my selection down to medium to dry which I'm more likely to enjoy, and mostly gone for those that haven't been reviewed here before.
