Clear light gold pour with a small white head. Aroma is fresh apple juice. Great slightly tart initial flavor. Apple taste is big and juicy with a hint of champagne yeast in the back. Semi-dry taste and light body with moderate carbonation. Wish I could describe it better. Absolutely delicious. Finish is big but doesn't last long.

I was surprised to like this one. I would say it’s semi-Sweet, and it’s the sweetest I would want a cider. It has some acidity and sweetness at the front, and ends with acidity and an ever so sight bitterness. Somewhat of a funky smell but the taste is clean. I would get this one again.

Musty Apple nose, nice acid profile buffered by a gentle sweetness and delicate but persistent carbonation.

Awesome! This Swiss cider was described as semi-dry and sparkling, made from native heirloom apples, wild yeast fermented, and made using traditional methods. The scent was a bit off-putting as it was very funky. However, the cider only had a mild funk (and hints of bitterness and sourness). Very apple and yeast forward, with notes of apple pomace, yeast, honey, green apple, and grapefruit. Style is in between Normandy and Brittany France ciders.
