Bronze colour, clear and has moderate fizz.
This is a blend of three vintages (2021, 2022 & 2023) from a single orchard and are principally late season Dabinett apples.
Rich apple aroma with dried fruit.
Ripe apple flavour with raisins and apricot. Very rich.
