Quite drinkable dry cider. Hazy yellow gold colour with a white foam head that retains and aroma of apple & some light funk. The taste is sourish, apple, tangy, fruity with some mellow light barnyard notes. Creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry slightly tart finish. 500ml bottle from CentrAle beer shop at Newcastle train station, UK.
