Unsinkable Sam

When I imagine having a perfectly dry cider, this is what I imagine. It’s balanced even though it has some nice flavors coming through.

The pour is a slightly hazy pale yellow with a hint of peach. It has low carbonation. The aromas is sweet apple with a hint of phenolic. The taste is a dry slightly tart apple. The mouthfeel is light bodied. The finish is slightly acidic and bitter with a little astringency. No noticable funk. It’s a nice dry tart cider.
