750ml bottle with wired cork from Scrattings. Sparkling, amber gold colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple with cooked apple & caramel hints. Taste is tart, fruity, apple, some apple skin, citric, bittersweet with some drying tannins, and slight wood & caramel notes. Spiky mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle. Rich copper colour, with a biscuit aroma, carrying an undertone of earthy funk. Dry fruit flavour with pomace tones, and the aftertaste brings hints of leather, toast and plum. Quite fizzy, but I still enjoyed this; the rich flavour is quite moreish.
