This company was founded by an RAF Veteran and his family, the name "Ad Astra" is derived from the Royal Air Force motto "Per Ardua Ad Astra" which means through adversity to the stars. The ciders appear to be named after RAF planes.
This is made from a blend of Bramley, Dabinett, Yarlington Mill and Major apples.
Fresh apple juice aroma.
Bramley is prominent in the flavour and provides sharpness and acidity but there is dried fruit in the background.
