330ml bottle from Gorden Castle online. Sparkling pale gold colour with a white foam head that slowly dissipates away. Aroma of fruity apple, light whisky notes. Taste is fruity apple, some caramel, sweetish, with woody oak, slight biscuit, straw, plus vanilla & earthy whisky notes. Smooth medium bodied, soft bubbly carbonation, dry phenolic whisky finish. Quite drinkable.
