This is a semi sweet cider with a golden, cloudy visual appearance.
Slightly sparkling with some noticeable sediment so a slight mix is required.
Bittersweet taste with a crisp tart flavour.

Apple sauce aroma mostly with eating apples.
Crisp, clean apple flavour but a bit watery and not one I’ll remember.
A typical, traditional, West Country still cider. As this type goes, this is not at all bad. Quite drinkable.
Has an apple sauce aroma and flavour; relatively clean, and without too much funk. Very slight fermentation sparkle.
