Wizard's Sleeve

Hazy, amber with some fizz which is an achievement of a hand pump. Can’t place the aroma but it is not enticing. Apple in the flavour but the aroma keeps hitting you.

500ml bottle. Pours a yellow gold colour with a white foam head that quickly dissipates away. Nose of tangy apple, apple skins, caramel, hint of sulphur. Taste is fruity apple, some green apple, caramel, alittle woody oak and light tannins. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry finish. Straightfoward cider, quite drinkable.
