Copper coloured, clear and although it has an effervescent pour the fizz is much more moderate when drinking.

Rich honey and baked apple aroma.
Soft and smooth apple flavour with raisins and peaches. Also something else in it I can’t quite put my finger on.
If this was still I’d very happily sink a few.
