Dark clear amber colour. Light carbonation.
Slight toffee aroma with a dash of oak.
Tannic flavours with a lovely bitterness with a hint of tartness.
Bottle claims to have a light astringent flavour but I would have missed it.
Medium dry cider extremely well balanced.
Delighted by this cider.
