500ml bottle. Pours a sparkling yellow gold colour, with short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, citric. Taste is sourish, tart apple, fruity, citrus rind, drying. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry crisp acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
