Clear light gold colour. Fresh apply nose with some farmyard notes. Clean and dry, a pleasant change from the many medium sweet ciders. Prominent tannins and a slightly funky yeast driven flavour which some may not appreciate but for me gave character and interest. Reviewed on 14 Jan 2023 1 like
