Monks Ford

Golden and clear. Lacking in aroma but crisp and sharp. Too dry for me.

Clear light gold colour. Fresh apply nose with some farmyard notes. Clean and dry, a pleasant change from the many medium sweet ciders. Prominent tannins and a slightly funky yeast driven flavour which some may not appreciate but for me gave character and interest.
