Strong full flavor and mild tartness, sweet and a little bitter and astringent at the same time.

More than sorta sweet, but with a little tartness to balance it a bit. Sweetness still overpowers the fruit taste, though.

Too floral for my taste, like I'm drinking crushed rose petals (and astringent as that would probably be). Very sweet, can hardly taste the fruit.

Oak Aged Cider

Schilling Cider
Fruit taste completely dominated by oak flavor and smell, tastes like it just came out of the cask. Otherwise sweet, low tartness and acidity.

I would buy this once for the nice label and again to drink more. Nice and sweet, easy to drink on a summer evening.

Tastes good, smells terrible. I could drink more of this if I didn't have to smell it.

Smells and tastes like maple syrup/butterscotch. I would like it if it weren't so astringent.

Smells sweeter than it tastes. No flavor at all.
