Yeast in the nose. Barnyard in the taste, and really good

The nose is butter, like you've just ordered popcorn at the movies. Then you drink and get the oakiness and a little pepper. Not too sweet, a little yeasty/malty, very nice!

Easy drinking: not complex, doesn't make you think or work hard.

Strong caramel and butterscotch nose, which makes its dryness surprising
