Dark copper colour, with a lovely aroma of machinery oil and old rope, and finishing with sweet-scented funk.
Rich fruit flavour, with sultana and prune tones, and with full, rounded tannins; becoming astringent, with a pleasing bitterness in the aftertaste.
I could happily just sniff this for hours. Rich, pungent flavours and aroma, and multi-faceted complexity, make this a real cider experience. Fabulous!
