Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle, despite only a light fermentation sparkle.
Light greenish-yellow in colour, with an aroma of pear skin and wood smoke, with a light sulphur edge.
Dry pear and mineral flavour, with a sweeter, smoky aftertaste.
Well-blended and enjoyable perry, which initially seems less alcoholic than it is. Best served only lightly chilled, allowing the flavours to show at their best.
