Somerset Perry

Pale yellow, with a slight fermentation sparkle, and an aroma of crisp pear, carrying a hint of seaweed. The flavour is initially of under-ripe Conference pear, with a hint of gooseberry. A developing flavour of skin, brings a little sourness and a bitter edge, before the aftertaste rounds it off with a little meadow grass. Complex, refreshing, and dry; made for a summer's afternoon!
